1. Current scope
The website is informational. Its beta-interest form prepares an email for you to send. That email is not consent to application telemetry. Website-hosting technical metadata and messages you send are separate matters described in the Privacy notice.
2. Future beta decisions
If a future beta needs diagnostics, the actual build, data fields, purposes, providers, legal grounds, retention and user choices must be decided and documented before that processing starts. Required and optional processing must be distinguished. Any consent or other legal requirement must be implemented in the actual flow; a website planning note is not a substitute.
No diagnostic or infrastructure retention period is approved here. No feedback licence, confidentiality condition or required-diagnostics condition is created by this note.
3. Machine-readable status
The accompanying telemetry status file has an empty approved-field list and is marked non-operative. It describes the status of this website draft, not a technical audit of any separate AXION application build.
