AXION is personally operated from Ukraine by Stefan Zherliakov, Founder of AXION. “AXION Support” and “Founder of AXION” are public-facing labels. The founder personally receives voluntary support for the project.

2. Development status and website examples
AXION Player is in active development, Android first. No public release or release date has been announced. Desktop and iOS screens are future design concepts. The website's Signal Explorer is an illustration, not a measurement of your device or evidence of a qualified output path.
Audio-format support and output compatibility depend on the particular software build, device, operating system, DAC, connection and output mode. Bit-perfect playback and Native DSD require a compatible, verified path. Illustrations and design concepts do not promise a release, a particular feature or universal compatibility.
3. Questions and beta interest
The contact flow opens an email draft that you review and send yourself. Joining the beta interest list and participating in a future beta are free of charge and do not require a contribution. An expression of beta interest is a request for contact about availability, not confirmed enrollment, access to software, a purchase or a newsletter subscription. Any future test must have notices and participation conditions appropriate to the actual build and test before participation begins.
This page does not impose beta confidentiality, a feedback licence or application-diagnostics requirements on website visitors or people who email a question.
4. Voluntary support
Support is voluntary and is received personally by the founder for the AXION project. It does not purchase a product or service, reserve a licence, guarantee beta access, confer ownership or investment rights, or promise a delivery date or financial return. No representation is made that a contribution is a charitable or tax-deductible donation.
The website displays receiving addresses for direct cryptocurrency support. It does not connect a wallet, initiate a transfer, take custody of your wallet or automatically confirm receipt. Card, Ko-fi and PayPal payments are not connected.
Before sending, check the asset, exact blockchain network and receiving address in your own wallet or exchange. A transfer uses real funds. Network or exchange fees may apply. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible, and a transfer on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be unrecoverable.

5. Personal information
The Privacy notice describes email handling, website delivery metadata and public blockchain records. Application diagnostics are not activated by viewing this website or expressing interest in a beta.
6. Future beta participation
Any future beta conditions will describe the actual build and test before participation begins. This page does not select exclusive jurisdiction, waive statutory rights or introduce an “accept by continuing to browse” mechanism.
